Website purpose

pq Solution presents physical products with connected digital services, receives product enquiries, and provides activation and destination-management services for NFC products.

The website does not provide automatic online purchasing. Displayed prices are indicative unless a written quotation says otherwise. Sending an enquiry does not create an order, reserve stock, or take payment.

User responsibility

Users, NFC owners, and organisers are responsible for using the website and NFC services lawfully, protecting their account access, supplying accurate instructions, and ensuring that every destination and item of content they select, upload, approve, or provide is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights. They must not misuse the service, interfere with security, impersonate another person, manipulate statistics, distribute malware, or use an NFC destination to expose unauthorised personal information.

External links and NFC destinations

External destinations are selected and controlled by organisers or NFC owners. A redirect does not constitute verification, ownership, recommendation, or endorsement by pq Solution or PALM N PIXEL S.L. We do not control the content, security, availability, privacy, cookies, or policies of an external service. Where we obtain credible notice that a destination may be unlawful or infringe rights, we may investigate and disable access where reasonably appropriate or legally required.

NFC chip modifications

pq Solution manages only digital records hosted within its own service for NFC products that continue to point to an official pq Solution domain and a valid permanent code. We do not control and, to the extent permitted by law, are not responsible for rewriting, erasure, locking, cloning, damage, replacement, redirection, or other modification of an NFC chip or its encoded data by a user or third party. An authenticated owner, authorised organiser, or administrator may request a supported edit, reset, suspension, or deletion of the hosted record, but those actions do not physically write, erase, unlock, repair, or restore the NFC chip.

Intellectual property

The pq Solution name, logo, website materials, software, and original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Event organisers remain responsible for having permission to use any names, logos, images, or other materials they supply to us.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable steps to operate the website and NFC service securely and reliably, but availability may be affected by maintenance, networks, hosting, devices, third-party platforms, or events outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, PALM N PIXEL S.L. is not responsible for consequences caused by user-selected destinations, organiser-supplied materials or instructions, third-party services, loss of account access, misuse, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer, data-protection, and defective-product rules. The detailed allocation of responsibility and applicable limitations are set out in the Terms of Use.

Reporting concerns

To report suspected unlawful content, infringement, impersonation, malware, or misuse connected with an NFC destination, email hi@p-q.es and include the NFC code, destination, reason for the report, and information reasonably needed to assess it.

Applicable law

This website is operated from Spain and is governed by Spanish law. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in a user’s country of residence remain unaffected.
