Who is responsible for your information

PALM N PIXEL S.L. is responsible for the personal information processed through pq Solution. You can contact us at hi@p-q.es. Full company details are available in the Legal Notice.

Information we collect

Enquiry details, including event name, contact name, email address, optional phone number, requested quantity, dates, and design notes.
NFC activation and account details, including email address, acceptance time, age declaration, destination choice, and service activity history.
Anonymous NFC click statistics, limited to device category, browser family, and country when the hosting provider supplies a country code. We do not store an exact location or an IP address in campaign analytics.
Limited technical and security information, such as IP-based request limits and hosting security logs.
Campaign manager email addresses where an administrator grants read-only report access.
Optional marketing consent when a person chooses to receive product news and offers.

Why we use it

To review enquiries and take steps requested before a possible contract.
To activate, operate, secure, support, and renew NFC products.
To provide anonymous campaign performance reports showing activations and clicks.
To provide and control read-only report access for authorised campaign managers.
To prevent abuse, investigate errors, and protect the service.
To meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
To send marketing only where separate consent has been given. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Public destinations and your responsibility

The destination chosen for an NFC product is intended to be public. Anyone with the NFC product or permanent code may reach it. The owner decides which destination to publish and is responsible for avoiding links that expose private, confidential, sensitive, or unlawfully disclosed personal information. This responsibility does not reduce the data-protection rights described in this notice or our obligations for information processed within the pq Solution service.

External websites and services

When an NFC product redirects a visitor to an external website, social network, or messaging service, that third party processes information under its own privacy notice and cookie rules. PALM N PIXEL S.L. does not control that third party’s processing and is not responsible for the owner’s decision to publish that destination. We remain responsible for personal information processed by pq Solution as described in this notice.

Organiser-supplied information

An organiser is responsible for ensuring that it has a lawful basis and the required permissions before supplying personal information, photographs, contact details, or other materials to PALM N PIXEL S.L. The organiser must not provide information that is unnecessary for the enquiry, order, production, or support requested.

Legal grounds

We process information where it is necessary to respond to a request, provide the service, comply with law, or pursue our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. Optional marketing is based on consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become an order are reviewed after 12 months and kept only while reasonably necessary for follow-up, legal, or dispute purposes.
NFC owner information is kept during the support period, the 30-day renewal grace period, and for up to 12 months afterwards.
Campaign manager emails are kept while report access is active and for up to 12 months after access is revoked.
Anonymous campaign statistics may be retained for the campaign’s business reporting history.
Records required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes are kept for the period required by applicable law.
Marketing contact details are kept until consent is withdrawn or the information is no longer needed.
After personal information is removed, the anonymous NFC code remains permanently reserved so it can never be issued again.

Who receives it

We use service providers needed to host the website, store service records, and deliver email. IONOS currently provides website hosting and email infrastructure. Providers may only process information for the service they supply and under applicable data-protection obligations. We do not sell personal information.

An event organiser does not automatically receive an NFC owner’s email address. An authorised campaign manager may view anonymous campaign totals and breakdowns, but cannot view NFC owner email addresses or exact visitor locations. Information may otherwise be disclosed where the person requests it, it is necessary to provide support, or disclosure is required by law.

Keeping account access secure

NFC owners and campaign managers are responsible for protecting their email accounts and sign-in links and for notifying hi@p-q.es if they suspect unauthorised access. We apply reasonable safeguards to the pq Solution service, but no internet or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. Email hi@p-q.es to make a request. We may need enough information to confirm that the request relates to you. A deletion or correction within the pq Solution service changes our hosted records only; it does not physically erase, rewrite, unlock, repair, or restore an NFC chip.

You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.

Changes

We may update this notice when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
